1.  What are Bonus Points?

In December 2020 we launched our bonus point system, ALL non-commercial clients automatically earn bonus points on all services and retail items purchased. Every dollar spent earns you 1 point. All clients are automatically enrolled.

2.  How do I find out how many Bonus Points I have?

You can check you balance on the  MyVet App   or you can check your balance the next time you are in store.

3.  How do I redeem my Bonus Points?

The redemption value of each bonus point is 1 cent. (100 points = $1) You can redeem your Bonus Points once you have reached a min of 500 points ($5). This can be used as a discount on any purchase in clinic.
