Part Time Cattery Role – Cattery Assistant

We are currently looking for a suitable applicant to join our Woodend Vet Clinic and Woodend Cattery team as a Cattery Assistant.

Our Woodend team is part of the wider Rangiora Vet Centre team, we’re a 'family' clinic where team culture and work-life balance are important.

The position is a permanent Saturday and Sunday shifts and casual shifts as required.

The position involves cattery, customer service and retail duties. The successful applicant will be a cat loving, positive, proactive person with fantastic people skills, and attention to detail. Reliability and being calm under pressure are a must!

The cattery assistant will provide exceptional care to our boarding cats and will maintain our strict hygiene and cattery standards. Ideally the applicant will have veterinary nursing or animal care qualifications and experience, or be studying in this area, all levels of experience will be considered.

Our Vet Clinic and Cattery team strives to deliver excellence to its very loyal clients and is situated on the doorstep of Christchurch among a growing region, we're centrally located with convenient access to the 3 townships of Woodend, Ravenswood, and Pegasus.
